Betting on The Cincinnati Bengals Legally Online In 2024
The Cincinnati Bengals were founded as a member of the American Football League (AFL) in 1966 by Paul Brown, a former coach of the Cleveland Browns. Currently an NFL franchise based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, the Bengals play in the AFC North division. Cincinnati fans get fired up whenever the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers are on the schedule, as those are the 3 biggest rivals of the Bengals. Cincinnati has appeared in 2 Super Bowls, in 1981 and 1988, losing both times to the San Francisco 49ers.
The Bengals claim 8 Division Championships and 12 playoff appearances going into the 2014 NFL season, making them an NFL team that is noticed in Ohio football betting. This guide will provide insight into how the 2014 season is going for the Bengals, including information on their schedule this season and how they are doing. The Cincinnati Bengals After Week 3
The Cincinnati Bengals are a lock to make it through week 4 of the 2014 NFL seasons without losing, making them a favorite on the betting lines. The Bengals and several other teams have a bye that week, which gives them extra time to prepare for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The Pats host Cincinnati Sunday, October 5 for the 8:30 PM NBC Sunday Night football game. The Bengals are one of the few undefeated NFL teams after 3 weeks, winning by 17 points, 14 points and 26 points in convincing fashion. A stifling defense and quietly efficient QB Andy Dalton throwing to All-World wide receiver AJ Green has formed the basis for one of the best teams in the entire National Football League.

Why the Cincinnati Bengals Will Beat the New England Patriots in Week 5
The Patriots will be coming off a week 4 contest against Jamaal Charles and the Chiefs when they play Kansas City on the road in week 4. As mentioned above Cincinnati has that week off, and will rest and prepare for Brady, Gronkowski and an underrated Patriots defense. That means that Cincy linebacker Vontaze Burfict might be playing, which spells trouble for Mister Brady and the New England offense. If the Bengals are going to win, look for a huge game from All-Pro wide receiver AJ Green. Green is averaging nearly 20 yards per catch so far this season. The Bengals offensive line has been strong through the first 3 weeks of play, and will probably be able to hold their own against New England pass rushers. Bengals defensive end Margus Hunt and linebackers George Iloka and Vincent Rey will have to keep constant pressure on Brady for Cincinnati to come out of Gillette Stadium with a victory in week 5.

Cincinnati Bengals NFL Trivia
You might know a lot about your favorite team, the Cincinnati Bengals? But did you know that:
• The Cincinnati Bengals was the name of a football team that played from 1937 through 1941. That team had no relation to the current Cincinnati Bengals.
• Cincinnati adopted the Bengal as a mascot, thanks to the city's world-renowned zoo. A rare white Bengal tiger was in residence at the time the team entered the AFL.
• Cincinnati drafted Carson Palmer as their future star quarterback in 2003, but he did not play a single snap that whole year. Jon Kitna took over as QB, and was voted NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
• In 2009 the Bengals earned their first ever division sweep. What was particularly impressive was those victories included 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens. Those 2 teams are archrivals of Cincinnati, and had gone all the way to the AFC Championship game the previous year.
• Head coach Sam Wyche, along with offensive coordinator Bruce Coslet, made the No-Huddle Offense the standard of the Bengals in 1988. Future NFL clubs copycatted the successful offense, and it is still popular today.
• Former Bengals assistant Bill Walsh is credited with developing what is known as the West Coast Offense. Predicated on short, low-risk passes, it is extremely successful. Incredibly, the defense created to offset the West Coast Offense, the Zone Blitz, was also developed in Cincinnati by defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau.
